ACCREDITATION & DESIGNATION

For all program elements except Cardiometabolic Risk Reduction program:

This activity has been planned an implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education through the joint sponsorship of the American College of Cardiology Foundation and the Michigan Chapter of the American College of Cardiology. The American College of Cardiology Foundation is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

The ACCF designates this educational activity for a maximum of 15.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™.  Physicians should only claim credits commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

While offering credits noted above, the program is not intended to provide extensive training or certification in this field.

The National Lipid Association is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
